''WHEELS & COFFEE MEET' - JOIN US THIS HALLOWEEN
SATURDAY 1ST NOVEMBER - 4PM - 8PM

EVERYONE IS WELCOME
A special 'Halloween' spectacular were for just one night you'll find witches, ghosts & ghouls, so we do advise not to forget a flash light!
We invite you to 'Park your broom sticks' in our parking area, Decorate your 'Wheels' or dress up to scare, take a spin on our Halloween Tombola or Treat your tastebuds to some positively gory delights.
Joining our spooky themed meet is:
>>> Stone Baked Pizza van selling delicious cooked pizzas
>>> Batter & Patter selling scrumptious home made cakes.
>>> Joint Gathering Photography will be onsite taking photos
COMPETITION FOR THE HALLOWEEN DECORATED VEHICLES & THE BEST HALLOWEEN COSTUME - PRIZES TO BE WON
You have the option to sit outside in the dark surrounded by Witches & ghosts or you can relax inside the activity centre whichever you choose; this will be a spooky evening out that will give the whole family a fright! On site toilet facilities will be open.
Wheels Int Lakes welcomes everyone to come along & meet friendly like minded people with a passion & love for all things automotive. If you have a cherished classic, a retro ride or maybe you own something a little unique come along and join us, everyone who attends is super friendly and welcoming. (We promise you wont get scared)
All our meets are 100% static and are safe for Children.
Dogs are welcome but must be kept on leads at all times.
With this event being held in the evening we do advise that people dress up warm and bring along a torch as the darker nights are creeping in.
We kindly ask anyone who attends our meets to please respect the venue and surrounding neighbours, and make sure that litter is put in the bins provided. Anti social behaviour will not be tolerated! Please keep your speed down to 5mph when entering / exiting the venue parking area.
If you're new to the community & you'd like to support us - all our merchandise will be on sale, t-shirts, hats, stickers, lanyards, key tags & more will be available. (Stickers come in a variety of colours).

Wheels Int Lakes welcomes all motor enthusiasts to join our monthly 'Wheels & Coffee' meets.
Each month we host a meet at a different venue some where in Cumbria. This allows people from different areas to attend an event as well as giving people the opportunity to enjoy a scenic drive in The Lakes to a venue they might not have been to before. (list of places below)
Everyone is welcome to come along and meet friendly like minded people with a passion, interest or love for all things automotive and show off your 'Wheels'.
Weather you have a Classic, Vintage, Modified or just an ‘interesting’ car, bike, truck, Hot Rod or maybe something custom built - no matter what you drive all eras are assured a warm welcome.
After all our motto is - ''Anything with Wheels''.
No booking required however space at some venues can be limited so arriving early will guarantee you a space.
Venue that we choose have on-site facilities, cafes, toilets and some times kids area and places that may have a small charge to enter.
All our meets are 100% static and are safe for Children and Dogs to attend. Are friendly Marshalls will all be in purple Hi Vis and will direct you where to park. We kindly ask everyone who attends our meets to please respect the venue and make sure that litter is put in the bins provided. Wheels Int Lakes does NOT tolerate anti social behaviour and anyone driving dangerously will be asked to leave. This is for the safety of our team and members of the public.
